day three - el nido, palawan

doing what a landscape photographer does, we woke up early at 4 to hike the same spot we've been to yesterday. waiting for sunrise at bacuit bay, we were able to capture some of the majestic island and karsts of cadlao, the serenity of the sea and the puffiness of the clouds (in which we are deprived in the mideast..hehe). after a few bursts, there were drizzle. i was going to curse the rain (seawater were already torture to the gears) when it came out...

...a rainbow.

luck was on our side even more when two kids showed up. an impromptu portraiture with a perfect location. after the shoot, we rented ourselves each motorbike (php500/half day) and hiked to nagkalit-kalit waterfalls. unfortunately, we didnt bring our equipment (but thanks to p&s cam to document it).

we rested after the hike and skinny dipping at the falls then drifted once again to seashore for sunset shoot. we stumbled at the corong-corong bay and documented the lovely sunset.
